Prof. Dan Kaseje, Chair of TICH Trust, will today be chairing the World Health Summit (WHS) Regional Meeting session on ‘Co-Producing Health: Leveraging Community, Government and Academic Partnerships for Sustainable Health System Transformation’ (17:00-18:30) in Nairobi, Kenya. 

The session falls under the sub-theme ‘Primary Healthcare, UHC, and Social Determinants of Health’. The speakers who will join him for this session are Dr. Isaac Kakule Muyonga (Communauté Baptiste au centre de au Africa, CBCA), Dr. James Nyikal (Government of Kenya), Dr. Dorothy Kamya (The Aga Khan University, AKU), Fionn Harnischfeger (Portfolio Lead Global Health Deutsche, GIZ), and Tim Baker (Muhimbili University).

Last year, Prof. Dan Kaseje received the “Primary Health Care Lifetime Award” by the International Conference On Primary Health Care (ICPHC) 2025, organized by WHO, UNICEF, Africa CDC & World Bank, hosted by the Ethiopian Ministry of Health.
