INSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Membership
TICH TRUST is a membership organization, The Institute brings together academicians, professionals and practitioners in Community Health and Development of diverse backgrounds to pool their skills, expertise and experience in training, research and Development.
There are four types of members:
Founder members, who made contributions of KSh. 20,000 or more, and make annual contribution of KSh. 5,000 to remain active
Alumina, who make an annual contribution of KSh. 5,000 to remain active
TICH Trust SACCO members, who have paid KSh. 500 and save a minimum of KSh. 200 per month for 12 months in a year, to remain active
Corporate members who are interested in supporting the growth and development of the Trust or any of its Institutions.
New members will be welcomed each year at the annual general assembly of members.
Benefits to members

2. Attending TICH annual scientific conference.
3. Access to TICH research information.
4. Linkage with the TICH wider membership and networks (For programing research, funding, training, information etc.)
Annual General Meeting
TICH convenes an annual member assembly each year to share progressreports and verify key decisions.
Leadership
General assembly of members is the inner core body for key strategic decisions.
Board of TICH Trustees elected by the members at the AGM hold property and entity legal safeguard for a period of 5years.

BIO
Margaret Kaseje, Ph.D., is a public health specialist based in Kenya. She has over 30 years of experience in health and development programmes at national, regional and international levels. Her experience extends across health policy, communications, community health, capacity building and research.
Dr Kaseje is Professor and Director of Research and Programmes at the Tropical Institute of Community Health and Development in Kisumu, Kenya; and a Visiting Professor for Health Policy & Planning and International Health at Universite Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs in Goma DR Congo.

Victor Seje is a business development consultant. His core interest is in small farmer entrepreneurship. He currently serves as Executive Director for Agro swift Ltd, Fresh Carry Ltd and Gain Farm Africa.
